BANYAN SPRINGS WELLNESS CLUB IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT THREE HEALTH PROGRAMS ARE
NOW IN SESSION. THESE HEALTH
PROGRAMS ARE BOTH PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL. THE
CLASSES FOCUS ON THE MIND, BODY; AND SPIRIT WHICH IN ESSENCE IS SEEKING TO
CORRECT IMBALANCES WHICH WE ALL EXPERIENCE FROM
TIME TO TIME. IMBALANCES TEND TO
CAUSE DISTRESS AND ULTIMATELY DISEASE. THE
WELLNESS CLUB WAS FORMED TO INTRODUCE THESE CLASSES WITH THE INTENTION TO HELP
YOU EXPERIENCE A GREATER ENERGY LEVEL, CREATIVITY, WELLNESS AND HAPPINESS IN OUR
DAILY LIVES. YOGA:
MONDAYS 9:30 – 10:45 IN ROOM
D- CHAIRPERSON - TRUDY ROGERS ZUMBA: WEDNESDAYS 11:15-12:15 AND FRIDAYS 11:30-12:30 IN THE CENTER CHAIR
PILATES: SATURDAYS, 9:30-10:30 IN THE CENTER ALL
THOSE WHO ATTEND ANY OF THESE CLASSES MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE BANYAN SPRINGS

CLASS IS $20.00 FOR 4 CLASSES OR $7.00 PER CLASS;
