Robert Dow made a motion to accept the Minutes of the August 9, 2007
Workshop Meeting as read. Seconded by Joel Brusso and passed unanimously.
Treasurer’s
Report

Arthur Beer made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report. Seconded by
Mimi Plonsky and passed unanimously.
Management/President’s
Update
Rick Leach read the Manager’s Update. Copy attached.

He
reported that hopefully the main pool deck will be completed by Labor Day.
·
He
also reported that if all goes well by October 1st, we will have in
place the gas conversion, the proximity entry cards and the WI-FI installation
ready for connection to those who requested it.

Rick
Leach submitted information regarding the Condominium Document reviewing every
30 years to our Attorney. The actual review will be due in the Year 2011.
