Barry Prince stated that the
natural gas project should save us considerable money.
Currently we have budgeted $50,000.00 for LP gas and we have already
spent $46,000.00 which means we will be considerably over budget on this line
item by the end of the year. Natural gas should give us a return on our
investment within 12 to 18 months. Old Business ·

Conversion of Restroom to Storage
– Barry Prince reported that we are looking to upgrade the restrooms at the
back of the deck area. In reviewing
what upgrades are needed we looked at the possibility of converting one of the
two men’s restrooms to an environmentally controlled records storage area.
The records are now stored in a storage building with no air
conditioning. With the requirement
to keep the records for seven years we need a more suitable storage area.
After some discussion by the Board, Larry Granet made a motion to approve
the conversion of one of the men’s restrooms to a storage room and that the
work would be done by our staff. The
motion was seconded by Al Kadin and passed unanimously.
