Salon renovations, due to the absence of the Chairman of that Committee. Copy
attached.
David Lefton went on to say that presently he does not have a proposal to
present to the Board, due to vacation time of several of the Committee members.
He went on to say that the Committee will, in all probability, present the Board
with a proposal for the renovations by September. One of the indecisions is as
to what type of flooring the Committee will recommend for the Salon. After being
asked how long will the project take, he said, once started it should be
completed within 3 weeks with as little disturbance to the Salon patrons and
operators as possible.
Barry Prince stated that there are some monies in the Reserve to pay for
the renovations, but some items will have to be put into the upcoming Budget as
line items. He also said that some renovations will be started in September or
October of this year. New

Robert Dow stated that announcements will be made on Channel 63 and on

community activities in the Center, as long as they were presented to the Board

Jeanne Balsom, resident, asked the Board if her family could plant some
