Al Kadin made a motion to accept the Minutes of the Treasurer’s
Report

Larry Granet made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report. Seconded
by Mel Teitzman and passed unanimously. Management/President’s
Update
– Rick Leach read the Manager’s Report. Copy attached. ·
Joyce
Zion a Clearbrook resident said while driving home in the rain she noticed the
sprinkler system was on. Rick Leach explained to her that they are on automatic. ·
Ed
Feldman a Clearbrook resident asked about the repairs to the pool deck. Rick
Leach answered that the minor repairs will be taken care of. Old

Joel
Brusso was happy to announce we now have a final draft of the audit to be
distributed to the members of the Board and should be ready for distribution to
the homeowners by Friday. This information will be posted on Channel 63 and
available for pickup at the office. There was a lengthy discussion between
members of the Board and the audience after which Joel Brusso made a motion to
accept the final draft of the audit for distribution to the homeowners, and that
the distribution on request takes place as soon as possible. Seconded by Robert
Dow and passed unanimously. ·
Robert
Dow was called upon to give an update on the proposed picnic area. He gave a
lengthy description as to the number of tables, natural gas grilles and
umbrellas. He said the Social Club would like to move ahead with this project
and they have donated $3,000.00 towards this project. After another lengthy
discussion on the color of the umbrellas, which will be green and white, Larry
Granet made a motion for expenditure of the grilles, Al Kadin then made an
amendment to the motion for the expenditure of the entire project not to exceed
$7,000.00. Larry Granet seconded the motion and passed unanimously. New

from the Audience
Harry Sassower, resident Condo #9, complained of the lake piling up with
algae. Barry Prince said they would take a look at it, but this should be put in
on a work order.
Cecile Pravda, resident Coach Homes, complained of the mail box island
needing major landscaping work. Barry Prince responded by saying they would take
a look at it.
