Larry Granet made a motion to accept the Minutes of the Treasurer’s
Report

Harry Sassower asked if the Tree Trimming has been paid for out of the
Operating Account, and Joel replied in the affirmative.
Paul Whitney made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report. Seconded
by Robert Dow and passed unanimously. President’s/Management

Discussion
followed the proposal made by Pugh’s Pools and Spa’s, Inc. to modify the hot
tub at the Cabana Pool, and the Japanese hot tubs at a cost of $40,600.00.
Because the work must be completed by July 2011 to satisfy the State
requirements, the contract was approved 6-1 with the exception of Joel Brusso. ·
The
proposal to attach railings to the steps to the outdoor hot tub, and the steps
to the quiet reading corner by C.J’s Portable Welding at a cost of $1,917.00.
Larry Granet made a motion to approve the aforementioned. Seconded by Robert Dow
and passed unanimously. Suggestion

leaving for the summer and wishes to contribute non-perishable food may leave it

Miriam
Davis of Kinswood Road complained she does not get replies to work orders to the
Landscaping Committee for her requests for removal of Olive Trees, which are a
nuisance, and did not cut back any of the trees on Kinswood Road. Sheila Goodman
echoed these sentiments concerning the same. ·
Susan
Rund asked why the landscapers have to drive over the grass leaving tire tracks.
Barry Prince responded that it is unavoidable because not all areas can be push
moved.
