Reading of the Minutes
– Tony Scorsese
Robert Dow made
a motion to accept the Minutes of the January 21, 2010 Organizational Meeting.
Seconded by Joel Brusso and passed unanimously.
Old Business

The Board then nominated the
following members to their respective positions on the Board:
Robert Dow nominated Barry
Prince for President of the P.O.A. There being no other nominations, the
nomination of Barry Prince was carried unanimously by the Board.
Barry Prince nominated
Robert Dow for Vice President of the P.O.A. There being no other nominations,
the nomination of Robert Dow was carried unanimously by the Board.
Paul Whitney nominated Joel
Brusso for Treasurer of the P.O.A. There being no other nominations, the
nomination was carried unanimously by the Board.
Joel Brusso nominated Tony
Scorsese for the Secretary of the P.O.A. There being no other nominations, the
nomination was carried unanimously by the Board.
There being no further
Organizational business, Barry Prince asked for an adjournment.
Mel Teitzman made a motion
to adjourn at 10:20 A.M. Seconded by Harry Sassower and passed unanimously.
