MANAGEMENT UPDATE

Sullivan Electric & Pump, Inc., replaced the submersible pump and all
downpipes at Lake Well #3 on Monday, May 12th as approved by the
Board at the last Workshop Meeting.
The Annual Tree Trimming Project is well underway and weather permitting should
be completed next week. After all
of the trees have been trimmed in the community, Frames Tree Service will trim
the trees at the Clubhouse area and grind the stumps of the trees that have been
removed during the project.
On Monday, May 12th, Lazar Interiors removed all of the curtains in
the Center and the valance above the stage for a thorough cleaning.
Lazar is scheduled to have them back and installed by May 23rd at
a cost of $2,095.00.
Paint It Rite, Inc. is scheduled to begin painting the stage and side walls in
the Center on Monday, May 19th.
The stage will be painted matte black and should be completed by the
middle of the week.
Lake Worth Drainage District’s removal of the dredged material by the canal is
nearing completion. As of today,
they are now behind Clearbrook Village and should finish up in a week or so.
Air Ref Electric, relocated a light pole that was on the west side of bridge on
Pine Drive to the east side of the bridge to better utilize the existing
lighting at that location. Mike
Farrell installed the electrical conduit in order to keep the cost of the job as
low as possible.
Epic Wireless Corporation completed installing the new cameras at the Military
Trail Gate to complete the installation at both gates.
The new system has helped the P.O.A. recover over $1,200.00 from outside
vendors and others whom damaged gate arms or other equipment due to tailgating
or carelessness. Epic will be
meeting with a few members of the Board to consider other locations of
additional security cameras.
Papico Construction, Inc. has submitted a proposal of $6,525.00 to resurface the
courts 4 & 5, which will be considered by the Board at today’s Workshop
Meeting.
Delray Awning Company is scheduled to replace 2 frames, prime and paint the
remaining frames, as well as install new awning shelters for the Tennis Courts,
beginning Monday, June 2nd. This
project was approved by the Board at a cost of $7,925.00 back in January.
The Management Office will be closed on Monday, May 26th in
observance of Memorial Day.
