1. Please remember to keep the light in front of your villa on at night in order to supplement the poor lighting in our streets. This is very important for the safety of our residents and our property, especially in the summer months when so many of us are away.

2. Because of the danger of hurricanes and tropical storms, a spare key to your villa should be left with the property manager. A viable alternative is to leave the name and telephone number of your house sitter with the property manager's office.

3.Your homeowner's insurance renews every year and you must supply the details of that insurance to the Patio Villas Board of Directors. The information should be sent to the office at 10780 Cedar Point Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL 33437 or faxed to the office at 561-734-8870.
