MANAGEMENT/POA
We are managed by a nine member Board of Directors who are guided by a set of documents which outline the policies and procedures for the community.
There is a set of Rules and Regulations which provide the basis for control over all common areas in the community.
The physical plant is managed by a contract Management company.
BOARD MEETINGS IN WORKSHOP SESSION
ARE SCHEDULED FOR EVERY THURSDAY AT 9:00 AM IN THE BANYAN ROOM. THESE MEETING
ARE OPEN TO ALL RESIDENTS. THE AGENDA FOR EACH MEETING, UNLESS SUCH MEETING IS
CANCELLED, WILL BE POSTED ON THE BULLETIN BOARD OUTSIDE THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE AT
LEAST 2 DAYS BEFORE EACH MEETING. WHEN NO AGENDA IS SO POSTED, THERE WILL
BE NO MEETING THAT WEEK.
GENERAL MEETINGS OF THE BOARD
ARE SCHEDULED AT 7:30PM ON THE 3RD. WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH FROM OCTOBER TO
APRIL.
