Disposal:
Garbage is collected on Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycled items are
collected on Tuesdays. Plastic and glass bottles go in blue recycle bins;
newspapers and other paper items go in yellow bins. Please use kitchen sink
disposal unit for your food scraps to avoid pest problems. Maintenance:
As a condo owner, you are responsible for maintenance and repairs within
your home, floor to ceiling, wall to wall. Patio villa owners are responsible
for the outside roofs and walls as well. Beyond these boundaries, maintenance of
all community areas (lawn mowing, tree pruning, sprinklers, street lights, etc.)
is performed by POA personnel, with costs coming from either the POA or specific
condo association budget. If you see a problem requiring maintenance, please
fill out a work
order at the office. For community maintenance emergencies call the office at 734-4511. The office must
maintain a key to your residence in case of emergencies. These keys are kept in
a secure place.
