These rules are periodically reviewed and revised, as necessary, with community input. Please read the Rules and Regulations booklet enclosed in this package.

Access:

Your electronic gate card or fob will permit you to enter Banyan Springs at both the main Boynton Beach Boulevard entrance and the secondary entrance on Military Trail. All visitors must enter from Boynton Beach Boulevard . At the left entrance lane, there is a keypad. Visitors must press the telephone symbol on the keypad, then dial the 3-digit telephone code assigned to you by the office. This will ring your home phone. After you answer the phone and confirm your guest’s arrival, press 9 on your phone and hang up. This will open the gate. Remember to give your guests your telephone code number and driving instructions from the gate to your home in advance. You will also use your gate card or fob to access the main and cabana clubhouse and spa.

Garbage Disposal:

Garbage is collected on Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycled items are collected on Tuesdays. Plastic and glass bottles go in blue recycle bins; newspapers and other paper items go in yellow bins. Please use kitchen sink disposal unit for your food scraps to avoid pest problems.

Maintenance:

As a condo owner, you are responsible for maintenance and repairs within your home, floor to ceiling, wall to wall. Patio villa owners are responsible for the outside roofs and walls as well. Beyond these boundaries, maintenance of all community areas (lawn mowing, tree pruning, sprinklers, street lights, etc.) is performed by POA personnel, with costs coming from either the POA or specific condo association budget. If you see a problem requiring maintenance, please fill out a work order at the office. For community maintenance emergencies call the office at 734-4511.
