We are a gated adult community of 658 units located on the Southwest corner of Military Trail and Boynton Beach Boulevard. Our homes are a homogenous mix of condominiums and homeowners associations under the umbrella of a Property Owners Association.

Residents are kept informed of our many community activities through our newsletter, the Banyan Banner, which is published and distributed monthly from October to May. Other means of communication include the Bulletin Board, Channel 63 and this website.

Our property features plush greenery with abundant trees and open lawn areas. We enjoy the expanse of several lakes within the boundaries of our community.

Our new Center has been completed, and utilizes to provide state-of-the-art technology for outstanding presentation of cultural and social activities. Comfortable seating has been increased; acoustics and lighting facilities are outstanding; backstage conveniences have been acclaimed. The Center as well as other rooms are set aside for Arts and Crafts, billiards, card playing Computer Education and a library with internet access. We enjoy the services of a full service Beauty Parlor on premises as well as a Cafe which serves late breakfast and lunch meals daily and Dinners on two evenings each week.

We have a stand alone Spa building which features a complete exercise room with Universal equipment, Japanese hot and cold baths, a steam room, a sauna and lockers and showers for men and women.

The Olympic size heated pool area is reminiscent of a tropical island setting with a Jacuzzi, and lounge chairs for everyone's comfort.

Our more athletic residents enjoy the use of two racquetball courts and seven clay tennis courts and the services of a full time tennis pro.

For those who wish, there is a satellite clubhouse and pool. This is also available for card playing and can be used for private parties.
